Neighbors Helping Neighbors
A program has started in Ridgeville Corners called “Neighbors Helping Neighbors.” The program is designed to help residents keep track of neighbors, elderly and homebound. Residents are encouraged to notice if anyone has a red or green paper in their window. A red paper means the household needs non-emergency assistance. A green paper in the window means all is ok. The video gives a nice explanation at the 51 second point.
